Methodology

monthly calls x missed-call rate x share who would have booked x average job value = estimated monthly lost revenue. Jobs to cover a plan = monthly plan price divided by job value, rounded up.

The missed-call default uses the linked benchmark. All inputs are editable assumptions, not a forecast. This calculation assumes every modeled booking could be captured, which may not happen. Some callers call back or leave usable voicemails, and answering a call does not ensure a booking. Returns compare potential gross revenue with the recurring monthly plan fee only. Setup, extra minutes, job costs and other expenses are excluded.
